- Hello. Welcome to Ayala International Appointment Policy.
Please read the following carefully.
-There is a $35 fee to reserve an appointment reservation. This $35 WILL NOT
BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. It will be used to hold your
appointment reservation UNLESS you do not show up for your appointment, OR if
you do not call in to reschedule according to our policy. If you do not
reschedule within the permitted timeframe, your credit card will be charged the
$35 fee.
-Each time you make an appointment reservation, you will be required to enter
your credit card information. Your card will not be charged each time. If it is
the same card, we will already have the information necessary to hold your
appointment reservation.
-Our website is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer. You can
verify our security by checking for the "https" in the browser address bar, and
the locked icon to the right of the browser address bar. We are also NPC
validated for cardholder security (View our certificate here).
-There are NO REFUNDS if you do not show up for your appointment, or if
you you do not call to reschedule within the timeframe listed on this page.
-Packages of appointments are booked and paid in advance. THERE ARE NO
REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES OF APPOINTMENTS. BE SURE OF YOUR NEEDS AND SCHEDULES
BEFORE MAKING THIS COMMITMENT.
-Please choose your date and time carefully and have sufficient time. If you
must make a change, CALL 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE from 8am to 4pm. If your
appointment is on a Monday or Tuesday, any change must be made no later than
the Friday prior to your appointment. You cannot change a Monday or Tuesday
appointment on the preceding Saturday or Sunday. If a sudden emergency keeps
you from keeping your appointment, you may reschedule at a $35 penalty.
-You can reschedule an appointment only ONE TIME.
-Each treatment will be 45 minutes. You must arrive at the office 15 minutes
prior to the appointment to complete and sign a report of your progress on your
treatment plan.
-If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be charged for the additional
time for the treatment. (Every 20 minutes $35)
-If you have not followed your treatment plan, the therapist reserves the right
to terminate your session and/or stop service. You may reschedule at a later
date, but at a $35 penalty.
-Ayala International has available a limited number of nutritional products for
your digestive health. All product sales are non-refundable.
